摘　　要：目的 探讨以脑心健康管理师为主导的延续护理对缺血性脑卒中患者遵医行为的影响。方法 选择2022年1月至2023年1月福建漳州某三级甲等医院收治的126例缺血性脑卒中患者,根据不同护理方法进行分组,63例患者采取常规护理,纳入对照组;63例患者采取以脑心健康管理师为主导的延续护理,纳入观察组,比较两组患者遵医行为。结果 观察组出院即刻、出院1个月、3个月的服药依从性评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组出院即刻、出院1个月、3个月对脑卒中相关知识掌握程度评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组出院后1年的缺血性脑卒中复发率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 以脑心健康管理师为主导的延续护理,不仅可以提升缺血性脑卒中患者的服药依从性,还能增强患者对脑卒中相关知识的理解和掌握,进而降低缺血性脑卒中的复发率。Objective To investigate the effect of extended nursing led by brain and heart health managers on compliance behavior of patients with ischemic stroke.Methods From January 2022 to January 2023,126 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to a grade-A hospital in Zhangzhou,Fujian Province,were divided into groups according to different nursing methods.Sixty-three patients received routine nursing and were included in the control group.Sixty-three patients were included in the observation group with extended nursing led by brain and heart health managers,and the compliance behavior of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of medication compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group immediately after discharge,1 month and 3 months after discharge(P<0.05).The score of mastery of stroke-related knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group immediately after discharge,1 month and 3 months after discharge(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of ischemic stroke 1 year after discharge in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The extended nursing led by brain and heart health managers can not only improve the medication compliance of patients with ischemic stroke,but also enhance their understanding and mastery of stroke-related knowledge,thus reducing the recurrence rate of ischemic stroke.
