摘 要:目的探讨原发性宫颈癌患者的高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)的表达状态及其与阴道细菌感染的关系,为临床诊治提供依据。方法将2022年1月至2023年12月在我院诊治的80例原发性宫颈癌患者作为研究组,以同期诊治的40例慢性宫颈炎患者作为对照组,两组接受HR-HPV、阴道细菌感染等检查,对比分析两组检查结果,并明确HR-HPV表达与阴道细菌感染的关系。结果通过检查,研究组的HR-HPV检出率为93.75%,高于对照组的47.50%,且HR-HPV分型中16型、56型、58型均高于对照组,而39型、45型、51型均低于对照组,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组中细菌感染率为60.00%,对照组为57.50%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组中的HR-HPV感染患者合并阴道细菌感染率高于无HR-HPV感染患者(P<0.05)。结论HR-HPV感染合并阴道细菌感染可能增加宫颈癌的发生,临床上应特别注意监测,以便尽早诊治。Objective To investigate the expression of high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)in patients with primary cervical cancer and its relationship with vaginal bacterial infection,and to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,80 patients with primary cervical cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the study group,and 40 patients with chronic cervicitis diagnosed and treated in the same period were selected as the control group.All patients underwent tests for HR-HPV and vaginal bacterial infection.The results of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the relationship between HR-HPV expression and vaginal bacterial infection was clarified.Results The detection rate of HR-HPV in the study group was 93.75%,higher than 47.50%in the control group.In addition,in the HR-HPV classification of the study group types 16,56 and 58 were higher than those in the control group,while 39,45 and 51 were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The bacterial infection rate was 60.00%in the study group and 57.50%in the control group,with no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).The incidence of vaginal bacterial infection in patients with HR-HPV infection in the study group is higher than that in patients without HR-HPV infection(P<0.05).Conclusions HR-HPV infection combined with vaginal bacterial infection may increase the incidence of cervical cancer,special attention should be paid to clinical monitoring in order to diagnose and treat as soon as possible.
