摘　　要：良好的颜面美学关系一直是正畸治疗的目标之一,而侧貌轮廓与上颌的矢状向位置密切相关。在正畸诊断与设计过程中,上颌骨的矢状向评估与定位是十分重要的。Andrews基于自然头位所提出的口颌面协调六要素中的要素Ⅱ被认为是评价上颌骨矢状向位置的有效指标。本文就自然头位与Andrews六要素Ⅱ的研究进展做一综述。Facial harmony has long been a primary goal of orthodontic treatment,with the profile closely linked to the sagittal position of the upper jaw.Thus,during orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning,evaluating and determining the sagittal position of the maxilla is crucial.Andrews'six elements of orofacial harmony,based on the natural head position,are valuable tools in esthetic evaluation.Among these elements,ElementⅡ,which correlates the forehead with the sagittal position of the maxilla,serves as a reliable index for assessing and locating the maxillary sagittal position.This article reviews the research progress of Andrews'six elements and their association with the sagittal position of the maxilla.
