摘  要:目的建立HPLC-DAD波长切换法同时测定仙芎骨康颗粒中淫羊藿苷、朝藿定C、宝藿苷I、阿魏酸的含量。方法采用多波长切换法,色谱柱:Zorbax Eclipse SB-C_(18),以乙腈-1%冰醋酸水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温30℃。结果仙芎骨康颗粒中淫羊藿苷等4成分的峰面积与进样量均呈良好的线性关系(r>0.999);平均加样回收率为98.9%~102.4%(RSD<3.0%,n=6)。3批样品中淫羊藿苷、朝藿定C、宝藿苷I、阿魏酸含量限度分别为3.852、3.919、0.3553、0.9358 mg·g^(-1)。结论该方法简便快捷,结果准确可靠,方法重复性好,可用于仙芎骨康颗粒的质量控制,为制定质量标准草案提供依据。Objective To establish the simultaneous determination of icarin,epimedin C,baohuoside I and ferulic acid from Xianxionggukang particles by HPLC-DAD.Methods A multi wavelength switching method was used,the chromatographic col-umn was Zorbax Eclipse SB-Cis,with acetonitrile-1%glacial acetic acid water as the mobile phase gradient elution,flow rate 1.0 mL·min^(-1),column temperature 30℃C.Results The peak areas of patchouli glycosides and other 4 components in Xianx-ionggukang particles show good linear relationship with the injection volume(r>0.999);the average spiked recoveries are 98.9%~102.4%(RSD<3.0%,n=6).The limits of content of icarin,epimedin C,baohuoside I,and ferulic acid in the 3 batches of samples are 3.852,3.919,0.3553,and 0.9358 mg·g^(-1),respectively.Conclusion The method is simple and rap-id,with accurate and reliable results and good method reproducibility,which can be used for the quality control of Xianxionggu-kang particles and provide a basis for the development of draft quality standards.
