摘  要:具有类氧化酶特性的羟基氧化钴纳米片(CoOOH)可催化邻苯二胺(OPD)氧化成黄色荧光2,3-二氨基吩嗪(DAP),而甲醛可与OPD发生反应产生席夫碱抑制DAP的生成,使体系在570 nm处的荧光强度降低。基于此,建立了一种检测食品中甲醛的荧光分析法。最佳条件下,该方法对甲醛的定量检测范围为5.2~59.3μmol/L,检出限为1.4μmol/L。以啤酒和冷冻水产品为样品进行添加回收实验,回收率均在94.6%~109.5%之间。该方法有望用于检测食品中的甲醛。The cobalt oxyhydroxide nanosheets(CoOOH)with oxidase-like activity can efficiently catalyzes the oxidation of o-phenylenediamine(OPD)to the yellow fluorescent 2,3-diaminophenazine(DAP),whereas the Schiff base reaction between OPD and formaldehyde can hinder the CoOOH-catalyzed transformation of OPD to DAP.Based on this,a rapid and sensitive fluorescence assay for the detection of formaldehyde in food was developed.Under the optimal conditions,the quantitative range of formaldehyde was 5.2-59.3μmol/L,and the limit of detection(LOD)was 1.4μmol/L.The recovery rates of beer and frozen aquatic products were all in the range of 94.6%-109.5%,indicating that the method can be used for the detection of formaldehyde in food.
