摘　　要：自粘接树脂水门汀是一种可以独立完成修复体粘接的新型水门汀材料,因其操作简便,被广泛应用到冠、嵌体、桥和桩核等间接修复体的粘接,有着极大的发展前景。本文归纳了自粘接树脂水门汀的发展历史、组分及固化机制、性能特点,系统地总结了自粘接树脂水门汀的临床应用与注意事项,并对现阶段自粘接树脂水门汀存在的问题及未来发展趋势进行了探讨,以期为未来自粘接树脂水门汀更好的发展和临床应用提供参考依据。Self⁃adhesive resin cement is a new type of cement material that can independently complete the adhesion of prostheses.Due to its simplified application step,it has been widely used in the cementation of indirect restorations,such as crowns,inlays,bridges,and post⁃and⁃cores,which has a great development prospect.In this review,the development history,components,curing mode,properties,clinical application and precautions of self⁃adhesive resin cement were systematically summarized.The existing problems and future development trends of self⁃adhesive resin cement were discussed in order to provide a reference for the better development and clinical application in the future.
