数字化商业模式、动态能力与企业创新绩效

摘　　要：本研究基于动态能力理论,构建数字化商业模式影响企业创新绩效的理论模型,并探讨动态能力在二者间的中介效应。结果表明,数字化商业模式直接正向影响企业创新绩效,即数字化价值提供、数字化价值获取、数字化价值收益均能够正向影响企业的产品创新绩效和流程创新绩效;数字化商业模式通过动态能力间接正向影响企业创新绩效,即通过技术感知能力、知识获取能力和信息重构能力间接正向影响企业的产品创新绩效和流程创新绩效。基于此,企业应将数字化认知提高到组织战略层面的动态能力上,及时适应内外部环境变化,通过有侧重地发展动态能力调整企业的数字化商业模式,提升企业创新绩效。According to the theory of dynamic capabilities,this study establishes a theoretical model of the impacts of digital business models on enterprise innovation performance and explores the mediating effect of dynamic capabilities between the two.The results indicate that digital business models directly and positively affect enterprise innovation performance.That is,the provision,acquisition,and benefits of digital value all have positive impacts on the product and process innovation performance of enterprises.Digital business mod-els indirectly and positively affect the innovation performance of enterprises through dynamic capabilities.That is,they indirectly and positively affect the product and process innovation performance of enterprises through technology perception,knowledge acquisition,and information reconstruction capabilities.According to the re-sults,enterprises should elevate their digital awareness to the dynamic capabilities at the level of organiza-tional strategy,adapt to internal and external environmental changes in a timely manner,and adjust their digi-tal business models by targeted development of dynamic capabilities,thereby enhancing their innovation per-formance.
