校企合作下实习实践基地建设的实践与探索——以环境艺术设计专业为例

摘　　要：环境艺术设计是一门实用艺术,在城市的美化、生态的维护、社会的发展方面起到很重要的作用。应用性和实践性强的专业需要培养学生的理论知识与实践能力,适应不断变化的就业市场。就业实习实践基地作为连接学校与企业的桥梁,为学生提供了将理论知识转化为实践能力的平台。为深入贯彻落实党中央、国务院“稳就业”“保就业”的决策部署,推动就业与培养有机联动、人才供需有效对接,教育部高校学生司于2021年起组织实施供需对接就业育人项目,鼓励高校与用人单位积极对接,其中包含就业实习基地建设,帮助用人单位培养和招聘更多创新型、复合型和应用型人才。文章旨在探讨环境艺术设计专业就业实习实践基地的建设,结合环境艺术设计专业的就业方向和就业形势,通过分析其实践模式、挑战与解决方案,深入剖析就业实习实践基地的实践与探索,以期为提升环境艺术设计专业学生的实践能力、就业竞争力及实现校企深度合作提供借鉴。Environmental art design is a practical art that plays an important role in urban beautification,ecological maintenance and social development.Majors with strong applicability and practicality need to cultivate students’theoretical knowledge and practical abilities to adapt to the constantly changing employment market.The employment internship practice base serves as a bridge connecting schools and enterprises,providing students with a platform to transform theoretical knowledge into practical abilities.In order to thoroughly implement the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on“stabilizing employment”and“ensuring employment”,promote the organic linkage between employment and training,and effectively match talent supply and demand,the Department of Colleges Students Affairs of the Ministry of Education has organized and implemented the supply-demand matching employment and education project since 2021,encouraging colleges and employers to actively match,including the construction of employment internship bases to help employers cultivate and recruit more innovative,compound and applied talents.This paper aims to explore the construction of employment internship practice bases for the environmental art design major.Combined with the employment direction and situation of the environmental art design major,by analyzing their practical models,challenges and solutions,this paper deeply analyzes the practice and exploration of employment internship practice bases,in order to provide reference for improving the practical ability,employment competitiveness and achieving deep school-enterprise cooperation of the environmental art design major.
