明目地黄丸联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗肝肾阴虚型老年糖尿病视网膜病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析明目地黄丸联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗对肝肾阴虚型糖尿病伴视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)老年患者的临床效果及安全性。方法回顾性选取2021年10月—2024年3月南京市中心医院收治的84例老年DR患者的临床资料,根据患者治疗方案的不同分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组使用羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合明目地黄丸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、视力水平、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,视力水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者在均未观察到明显不良反应。结论明目地黄丸联合羟苯磺酸钙口服治疗可有效改善老年肝肾阴虚型糖尿病患者的视网膜病变情况,且安全性较高。Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of Mingmu Dihuang Pills combined with calcium hydroxybenzenesulfonate in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR)of liver-kidney yin deficiency type.Methods The clinical data of 84 elderly patients with DR Admitted to Nanjing Central Hospital from October 2021 to March 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to the different treatment regimens,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with calcium hydroxybenzenesulfonate capsule,and the observation group was treated with Mingmu Dihuang pill on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score,visual acuity and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the visual acuity level was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,no obvious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Conclusion Mingmu Dihuang Pills combined with calcium hydroxybenzenesulfonate oral treatment can effectively improve the retinopathy of elderly patients with liver-kidney yin deficiency type diabetes,and has high safety.
