摘 要:目的探索新型冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)疫情之下翻转课堂碎片化教学模式的应用效果。方法以5年制本科学生为研究对象,抽取2个班随机分配到实验组和对照组,实验组59人,对照组58人。对照组采用传统线上讲授,实验组采用翻转课堂碎片化线上讲授。通过问卷对翻转课堂碎片化教学模式的满意度进行调查,通过理论及实践技能考核评价翻转课堂碎片化教学模式的效果。结果实验组病例分析及总成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组基础知识成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组各项实训操作考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,两组学生除在标准化规范化教学内容满意度方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其他方面实验组满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂碎片化教学模式有助于提高西医院校非针灸专业学生的针灸学理论及实践教学效果和综合能力。Objective To evaluate the effect of the fragmented teaching model of flipped classroom under the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods Taking five-year undergraduate students as the research object,two classes were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group.There were 59 students in the experimental group and 58 students in the control group.The traditional on⁃line teaching was used in the control group,and the fragmented online teaching was used in the experimental group.The satisfaction of the fragmented teaching model in flipped classroom was investigated through questionnaires.The teaching effect was evaluated through theoretical and practical skills assessment,and the teaching effect of the fragmented teaching mode of flipped classroom was evaluated.Results The case analysis and total scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The test scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire survey showed that there was no statistical significance between the two groups of students except in the satisfaction of standardized teaching content(P>0.05),and the satisfaction of the experimental group was better than that of the control group in other aspects(P<0.05).Conclusion The fragmented teaching mode of flipped classroom is helpful to improve the theo⁃retical and practical teaching effect and comprehensive ability of acupuncture and moxibustion for non-acupuncture majors in West⁃ern medical university.
