摘 要:突发公共卫生事件向以临床思维方法、操作技能、医患沟通能力为主要教学内容的传统医学教育模式提出了重大挑战。医学教育的实践性遭到破坏,而医疗资源包括医务人员的缺乏又是突发公共卫生事件中的主要矛盾,所以,医学实践教育模式亟待不间断且创新型的变革。而以“钉钉”“腾讯会议”等网络平台直播方式进行临床教学“线上查房”的即时沟通、图像同传、随时回看的网络教学方式恰能对传统医学教育模式进行补充。为此,接受和利用新型教学模式,对促进临床教学从平面化走向立体化有着重要意义。此研究通过对中医儿科常态化线上查房相关经验进行总结与探讨,以促进和提高广大临床教育工作者对基于网络平台的线上医学教学模式的认识和理解。The emergencies of public health events have made major challenges to the traditional medical professional education model with clinical thinking,operational skills,and doctor-patient communication.The practicality of medical education has been de⁃stroyed,and the lack of medical resources,including medical staff,is the main contradiction in emergencies.Therefore,the uninter⁃rupted and innovative medical practice education model urgently needs innovative changes.The clinical teaching“online ward round”is performed in the live teaching“online ward round”of online platforms such as“DingTalk”and“Tencent Conference”.To this end,acceptance and use of new teaching models is of great significance to promote clinical teaching from printing to three-dimensionalization.This study summarized and discussed the relevant experience of the normalized“online ward round”of traditional Chinese medicine to promote and improve the awareness and understanding of the majority of clinical educators on the online platform-based medical online teaching model.
