摘  要:药理学实验教学是培养医药卫生专业人才的重要组成部分,是高校课程思政建设的重要环节。特别是在一个技术和信息先进、生活节奏快的现代社会,高等教育不仅必须提高学生的专业技能水平,还必须提高他们的综合素养。此文基于成果导向教育(OBE)的教育理念,从顶层设计和源头入手,结合专业技能教育,将思想政治要素融入药理学实验教学过程,进而将思政教育融入整个大学教育。通过无形的思想政治教育,实现有形的整体素质提高,特别是在政治意识和道德水平上,为医药卫生专业的学生今后进入社会打下坚实的思想政治基础。Pharmacology experiment teaching is an important part of training medical and health professionals,and an important link of ideological and political construction of college courses.Especially in a modern society with advanced technology and information and fast pace of life,higher education must not only improve students’professional skills,but also improve their comprehensive lit⁃eracy.Based on the concept of OBE,this paper started with the top-level design and source,combined professional skills education,integrates the ideological and political elements into the pharmacological experimental teaching process,and then integrated the ideo⁃logical and political education into the entire university education.Through intangible ideological and political education,the tangible overall quality can be improved,especially in terms of political awareness and moral level,which can lay a solid ideological and politi⁃cal foundation for medical and health students to enter the society in the future.
