摘　　要：语言能力是人类智能结构中最重要的基础,是未来许多能力发展、成熟的先决条件,不仅仅是一种沟通工具,也是人们发展智力和社交能力的核心因素。语言发育迟缓不仅会导致患儿交流产生阻碍,影响其日后的社会适应能力,且会严重影响其身心健康。当前临床中关于儿童语言发育迟缓的原因及治疗干预研究较多,现就其诊断、影响因素及干预治疗方法等多方面的进展情况进行综述,旨在帮助大家提升对儿童语言发育迟缓的认知,了解现有的干预手段。Language ability is the most important foundation in the structure of human intelligence,and it is a prerequisite for the development and maturity of many abilities in the future.It is not only a communication tool,but also a core factor in the development of people's intellectual and social skills.Language retardation not only hinders children's communication,affects children's ability to adapt to society in the future,but also seriously affects their physical and mental health.At present,there are many clinical studies on the causes and treatment of language retardation in children.This paper reviews the progress of its diagnosis,influencing factors,intervention and treatment method,aiming toimprove the understanding of language retardation in children and existing intervention methods.
