摘　　要：吞咽困难是临床上脑卒中患者常见的并发症之一,可导致误吸、吸入性肺炎、脱水等后果,影响患者生活质量,大大增加了患者的病死率。卒中后吞咽障碍患者常采用针刺手法治疗,操作简便,效果显著;咽部冰刺激可作为辅助手段,提高咽部敏感性、改善吞咽相关肌肉的活动,二者联合应用于临床,效果优于单纯的冰刺激和普通针刺,切实提高了患者的生存质量,降低了患者的救治成本。基于不同针刺手段联合多样化咽部冰刺激探讨,试图找到更为规范且有效治疗手段,为今后的临床与科研提供参考。Dysphagia is one of the common complications in clinical stroke patients.It can lead to aspiration,aspiration pneumonia,dehydration and other consequences,affecting the patient’s quality of life and greatly increasing the patient’s mortality.Patients with dysphagia after stroke are often treated with acupuncture,which is easy to operate and has significant effects.Pharyngeal ice stimulation can be used as an auxiliary method to increase pharyngeal sensitivity and improve the activity of swallowing-related muscles.The two are combined in clinical practice with excellent results.Compared with simple ice stimulation and ordinary acupuncture,it has effectively improved the patient’s quality of life and reduced the patient’s treatment cost.Based on different acupuncture methods combined with diversified pharyngeal ice stimulation,we try to find a more standardized and effective treatment method to provide reference for future clinical and scientific research.
