摘　　要：目的:分析上海市奉贤区登记在册严重精神障碍患者的基本特征,为进一步开展严重精神障碍患者防治工作提供依据。方法:选取2022年12月31日前纳入上海市精防网络系统的所有在册严重精神障碍患者信息进行描述性分析。结果:截止到2022年12月31日,奉贤区严重精神障碍报告患病率为3.98‰。其中男性和女性的报告患病率分别为3.32‰和4.78‰,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在严重精神障碍患者中,年龄≥60岁占43.27%;初中及以下文化程度占78.23%;农民和无业人员占60.91%。经济状况为贫困的患者占29.86%。有精神疾病家族史患者的占9.80%;精神分裂症占63.17%。结论:奉贤区严重精神障碍患者的报告患病率低于2020年全市平均水平,应进一步提高严重精神障碍患者报告患病率,重点关注女性群体及精神分裂症的防治管理工作。Objective:To analyze the basic characteristics of patients with severe mental disorders registered in Fengxian District,Shanghai,and to provide a basis for further prevention and treatment of severe mental disorders.Methods:The information of all registered patients with severe mental disorders who were included in the Shanghai Psychiatric Prevention Network System before December 31,2022 was selected and analyzed descriptively.Results:As of December 31,2022,the reported prevalence rate was 3.98‰.Among them,the report prevalence rates were 3.32‰and 4.78‰in the males and females,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the severe mental disorder patients,43.27%were age≥60 years old;the education level of junior high school or below accounted for 78.23%;the main occupations were farmers and unemployed,accounting for 60.91%.Patients having the poor economic status accounted for 29.86%.Patients had the family history of mental disease,accounting for 9.8%;and schizophrenia accounted for 63.17%.Conclusion:The report prevalence rate of patients with severe mental disorders in Fengxian District is lower than the average municipal level in 2020,and the reported prevalence rate of severe mental disorders in patients should be further improved to focus on the prevention and management of female population and schizophrenia.
