摘 要:新质生产力的提出为我国外语教育规划、创新型外语人才培养提供了新思路。本研究以我国重庆地区高校外语专业人才培养为例,就语种开设、培养层次、培养模式、课程设置等方面进行了广泛调研。研究发现,重庆高校还存在语种规划失衡、高端急需人才储备不足、人才培养模式单一、培养特色不鲜明、交叉融合不足、人才创新活力不强等问题。文章结合新质生产力的内涵与特征,从底色、特色、亮色三个维度提出了一系列培养创新型外语人才的实践路径,旨在为高校外语教育高质量发展提供参考。The proposal of new quality productive forces provides new ideas for the planning of foreign language education in China and the cultivation of innovative foreign language talents.This study takes the foreign language talent cultivation in uni-versities of Chongqing as an example and conducts extensive surveys on the language variety,training level,training mode,curriculum setting,etc.It is found that there are stll imbalances in language variety planning,insufficient reserves of excel-lent and urgently-needed talents,single training modes,no-prominent training features,insufficient cross-disciplinary integra-tion,and weak innovative vitality of talents in Chongqing universities.Combining the connotation and characteristics of the new quality productive forces,this paper proposes a series of practical paths for cultivating innovative foreign language talents from three dimensions of underpainting,characteristics,and bright colors,aiming to provide reference for the high-quality develop-ment of foreign language education in universities.
