摘 要:公平和效率一直是资源分配当中难以兼顾的矛盾,本研究摆脱了基于个人的公平感知研究视角和公平与效率的矛盾研究视角,假设“马太效应”存在于资源分配的过程中,并以广东省高职院校示范性建设项目的资源分配事件作为研究案例,采用csQCA的清晰集定性比较方法分析和探讨了在“马太效应”情景下,相对弱势群体如何发挥自身特点,突破资源分配的瓶颈,最终成功实现“逆袭”的方法和路径。Fairness and efficiency have always been difficult contradictions in the allocation of resources.This study has got rid of the perspective of the research on the perception of fairness and the contradiction between fairness and efficiency based on individuals.It assumes the existence of the“Matthew Effect”in the process of resource allocation.As a case study,the resource allocation event of the demonstration construction project of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province was analyzed and discussed.Using the clear set qualitative comparison method of csQCA,this paper analyzes and discusses how the relatively disadvantaged groups give play to their own characteristics,break through the bottleneck of resource allocation,and finally achieve the“counterattack”successfully under the“Matthew effect”scenario.
