我国篮球职业联赛裁判员执裁效能的影响因素研究——基于扎根理论的探索

摘　　要：当前对裁判员的相关研究多是针对体能与技能方面的,鲜有针对职业联赛群体进行探究的,且缺少从裁判员主位出发的深度剖析。本文采用文献资料法、访谈法、扎根理论研究法、数理统计法等研究方法,在对部分执裁我国三大篮球职业联赛的裁判员进行深度访谈的基础上,运用NVivo 10软件进行编码和深度文本分析,以此探究我国职业联赛裁判员执裁效能的影响因素。研究发现:我国篮球职业联赛裁判员执裁效能影响因素主要分为外源性因素和内源性因素,其中比赛情况、赛场环境、临场监评、舆论、家庭与本职工作、判罚、心理及体能是对其产生显著影响的8个主范畴。Current research on referees has predominantly focused on their physical fitness and skills,with limited in-depth exploration of referees within the professional league context,and a lack of thorough analysis from the referees'perspective.This study utilizes literature research method,interviews,grounded theory,and mathematical statistics.Through in-depth interviews with referees from three major professional basketball leagues in China,NVivo 10 software is employed for coding and in-depth text analysis to investigate the factors influencing the officiating efficiency of referees in China's professional basketball league.The study identifies that the factors impacting the officiating efficiency of referees in China's professional basketball league primarily encompass external and internal factors,including the match situation,competition environment,on-site evaluation,public opinion,family and professional commitments,decision-making,and psychological and physical fitness,which significantly affect their performance across eight main categories.
