摘　　要：在近些年高校体制改革不断发展的过程中,高校学生管理工作变得越来越关键,对学生公寓管理与建设工作提出了多方面要求,高校学生公寓育人功能开始备受关注。深入研究分析高校学生公寓育人功能,有利于从理论层面拓展对高校学生的思想政治教育,以及优化高校德育环境,还可以从实践层面进一步加强高校学生公寓文化建设工作。该文通过研究分析,了解高校学生公寓育人功能特点,在此基础上对现阶段高校学生公寓育人功能的相关影响因素进行探究,了解存在的相关问题,最后提出高校学生公寓育人功能发展对策与建议,以期为实际工作提供有价值的依据支持。In recent years,with the continuous development of the reform of the university system,the management of university students has become increasingly crucial,and various requirements have been put forward for the management and construction of student dormitories.The educational function of university student dormitories has begun to receive attention.In depth research and analysis of the educational functions of university student dormitories is beneficial for expanding ideological and political education for university students from a theoretical perspective,optimizing the moral education environment in universities,and further strengthening the cultural construction of university student dormitories from a practical perspective.This article conducts research and analysis to understand the characteristics of the educational function of college student apartments.Based on this,it explores the relevant influencing factors of the educational function of college student apartments at present,understands the existing problems,and finally proposes development strategies and suggestions for the educational function of college students,in order to provide valuable basis support for practical work.
