摘 要:为研究采用25kV交流的市域动车组永磁牵引系统相对异步牵引系统的节能效果,本文采用温州S1、S2线在机场-灵昆共线区段以相同的最高速度运行的实测列车牵引能耗作为对象,进行对比分析。通过测试分别得到AW0载荷模拟2.37km、3.55km站间距下电机侧逆变能耗,和AW0载荷下2.37km模拟站间距下网侧牵引能耗,并同时分析了机场至灵昆(经28‰上坡)运行和灵昆至机场(经28‰下坡)运行以及整个往返结果。结果证明永磁牵引系统具有更好的节能优势。受到网侧到电机侧能量效率的影响,网侧能耗相对于电机侧逆变能耗,节能率有所降低。站间距减小,列车频繁启停,在低速区间的节能优势发挥更明显。试验证明25kV交流供电的市域动车组采用永磁牵引系统的节能率能够达到约20~30%。In order to study the energy saving effect of permanent magnet traction system as to asynchronous traction system of urban motor train set(urban EMU)using 25 kV alternating current(25 kV AC),this paper take the testing train traction energy consumption of Wenzhou Lines S1 and S2 as research object,when the trains are running among the common line between Airport and Lingkun station.Through the test,the inverter energy consumption at the motor side under the AW0 load simulating 2.37 km and 3.55 km station spacing,and the traction energy con-sumption of the network side under the AW0 load of 2.37 km simulation station spacing are obtained respetively.Then the results of train running from the airport to Lingkun(through upslope of 28‰),from Lingkun to the airport(through downslope of 28‰)and the whole round trip are analyzed.Test shows that the permanent magnet traction system has better energy-saving advantage.Affected by the energy efficiency from the line side to the motor side,the energy saving rate of energy consumption at the line side is lower than that of inverter energy consump-tion at the motor side.As the station spacing is reduced,the train starts and stops frequently,and the energy-saving advantage in the low-speed range is more obvious.The test proves that the energy saving rate of 25 kV AC powered urban EMU using permnant magnet traction system can reach about 20~30%.
