摘　　要：哈尔滨冰雪运动学校作为全国唯一一所公办培养冰雪运动后备人才的基础教育学校,推进体教结合,协同育人,培养全面发展高质量冰雪后备人才,有着不可推卸的责任。需要研究如何在尊重体育规律的同时,更好地发挥学校教育的作用,五育并举,助推冰雪运动后备人才综合素质提高,塑造冰雪少年精彩人生。As the only public basic education school in the country that aims to specialize in cultivating reserve talents in winter sports,Harbin Ice and Snow Sports School promotes the integration of physical education and academical education to foster talents collaboratively.Cultivating high-quality reserve talents in winter sports is its inescapable responsibility.Therefore,it is worthy of studying how to follow the role of school education while respecting the laws of sports better in the way of FiveDomainsEducation(the integration of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education),in order to promote the improvement of the comprehensive qualities of the talents in winter sports and to provide them wonderful lives in the future.
