摘　　要：高校体育社团作为学生课外活动的重要载体,在丰富校园文化、促进学生身心健康方面发挥着重要作用。该文以北京大学山鹰社为例,深入探讨了高校体育社团在发展过程中对社员产生的不同影响。山鹰社作为一个以登山、攀岩为主要载体的学生社团,不仅提供了体育活动的平台,更形成了一种独特的精神文化。这种文化对社员产生深远影响,成为他们发展自我、追求卓越的重要动力。该文强调了社团文化在高校体育社团发展中的核心作用。山鹰社所形成的“山鹰文化”成为社团凝聚力和吸引力的源泉。这种文化不仅体现在体育活动的参与中,更渗透在日常行为和思想观念中。通过文化建设,社团能够更好地满足社员的需求,激发他们的参与热情,促进社团的可持续发展。As an important carrier of extracurricular activities for students,college sports associations play a significant role in enriching campus culture and promoting students'physical and mental health.This paper takes the Peking University mountaineering association as an example to delve into the different impacts of college sports associations on their members in the process of development.As a student association with mountaineering and rock climbing as its main activities,the mountaineering association not only provides a platform for sports activities,but also forms a unique spiritual culture.This culture has a profound impact on its members and becomes an importantmotivationfor them to develop themselves and pursue excellence.This paper emphasizes the core role of association culture in the development of college sports associations.The"Mountaineering Culture"formed by the mountaineering association has become a source of cohesion and attractiveness for the association.This culture is not only embodied in participation in sports activities,but also infiltrates into daily behaviors and ideologies.Through the cultural construction,the association can better meet the needs of members,stimulate their enthusiasm for participation,and promote sustainable development of the association.
