高校篮球选修课中大学生投篮存在的问题及策略研究

摘　　要：该文运用文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法对高校篮球选修课中大学生投篮存在的问题进行研究。研究结果显示,大学生投篮存在动作不规范不协调、身体核心力量不足、生理和心理素质较弱、学习篮球兴趣不高、积极性不强等问题。提出的策略与建议:利用多媒体教学向学生展示标准投篮动作;增加素质拓展训练,提高学生核心力量;多鼓励学生,培养学生投篮的自信心;采用多种教学方法提高学生上课积极性等。Research methods such as literature data method and expert interview method are used to study the problems of college students'shooting in college basketball elective courses.The results of the study show that there are problems such as irregular and uncoordinated movements,insufficient body core strength,weak physiological and psychological qualities,low interest in learning basketball and low motivation in college students'shooting.The proposed strategies and suggestions:use multimedia teaching to show college students the standard shooting movements;increase the quality development training to improve the core strength of college students;encourage more students to cultivate college students'self-confidence in shooting;and use a variety of teaching methods to improve college students'motivation in classand so on.
