摘　　要：采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法对世界足球强国校园足球发展经验进行研究,并探讨对中国校园足球发展的启示。研究认为,英法德三国作为足球强国,其高度重视校园足球建设,在管理机制、训练竞赛、培养理念等方面形成了一套行之有效的模式。在管理机制上强调政府为主导多元主体协同参与,共同为校园足球发展提供必要的资金等保障。此外,校园足球竞赛体系较为发达完善,赛事体系明晰,赛事晋升渠道畅通。在培养理念上崇尚快乐足球以及足球兴趣培养,以推动校园足球普及发展为重要目的,强调足球的育人价值。启示:明确校园足球治理权责边界,推动共建共享的多元主体协同参与格局;摒弃功利性校园足球发展,回归校园足球本真;建立完善的校园足球竞赛体系,重视校园足球教练员培训机制建设。This paper uses literature and expert interviews to study the development experience of campus football in the world's football powerhouses,and discusses the inspirationfor the development of campus football in China.The study believes that Britain,France and Germany,as football powers,attach great importance to the construction of campus football,and have formed a set of effective models in terms of management mechanism,training and competition,and cultivationconcepts.In terms of management mechanism,it is emphasized that the government takes the lead in the concertedparticipateof multiple subjects,andjointly provides thenecessary funds and other guarantees for the development of campus football.In addition,the campus football competition system is relatively developed and perfect,the competition system is clear,and the promotion channels of the event are smooth.In terms of the cultivation concept,it advocates happy football and football interest cultivation,to promote the popularization and development of campus football as its important purpose,emphasizing the educational value of football.Inspiration:Clearly definethe boundaries of authorityand responsibilities in campus football governance,and promote the collaborative participation pattern of multiple subjects for co-construction and sharing;abandon the utilitarian development of campus football and return to the true nature of campus football;establish a perfect campus football competition system,and attach importance to the construction of campus football coach training mechanism.
