表象训练对高校网球公共选项课学生正手击球技术学习效果的影响研究

摘　　要：该文旨在研究表象训练对高校网球公共选项课学生正手击球技术学习效果的影响。对广东白云学院网球公共选项课中两个班的36名学生进行教学训练研究,一班学生为对照组,该组18名学生采用传统网球教学方法,另一班学生为实验组,该组18名学生采用传统教学法+表象训练法开展相关教学训练,而后对两组学生的表象能力和正手击球技术水平进行对比分析。与对照组相比,实验组学生的视觉、听觉、运动觉和心境等数值提升较为明显;在正手击球的深度和角度方面,实验组的平均得分也高于对照组。因此得出结论,表象训练在高校网球公共选项课学生正手击球技术学习方面的应用效果显著,可提高学生表象能力和正手击球准确性,为他们今后网球运动技术学习奠定良好基础。This paper aims to study the effect of imagery training on the learning effect of forehand hiting technique of students in the public option course of tennis in colleges and universities.Thirty-six students from two classes in Guangdong Baiyun University's tennis public option course were trained,one class was the control group,18 students in the group used traditional tennis teaching methods,and the other class was the experimental group,18 students in the group used the traditional teaching method+imagery training method to carry out the relevant teaching and training,and then compared and analyzed the two groups'imagery ability and forehand hiting skill level.Compared with the control group,the experimental group's visual,auditory,kinaesthetic and mental state values improved more significantly,and the average score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group in terms of the depth and angle of the forehand hitting.Therefore,it is concluded that the application of imagery training in the learning of forehand hitting technique of college tennis public option course students has significant effect,which can improve the students'imagery ability and forehand hitting accuracy,and lay a good foundation for their future learning of tennis sports technique.
