中国包容性绿色发展协同演进及空间收敛性分析

摘　　要：基于2004-2020年省级层面数据,构建了包容性绿色发展背景下经济发展、民生福利与资源环境三个维度的综合评价体系,利用熵权法、耦合协同模型、泰尔指数、收敛模型以及莫兰指数分析了各维度的综合水平以及三者耦合协同发展的地区差异、收敛趋势与空间特征。研究表明:(1)经济发展、民生福利与资源环境三个维度耦合协同发展水平逐步提升,但多数地区尚未形成高质量的耦合协同发展关系。(2)三个维度耦合协同发展水平存在明显的区域差异,且σ收敛检验与β收敛检验结果显示该区域差异具有显著的收敛特征。(3)三个维度的耦合协同发展水平表现出显著的空间相关性,具有明显的空间集聚现象。Based on the provincial-level data from 2004 to 2020,a comprehensive evaluation system for economic development,livelihood welfare,and resource environment in the context of inclusive green growth was constructed.The comprehensive level of each dimension,as well as the regional differences,convergence trends,and spatial characteristics of their coupled and coordinated development,were analyzed using entropy weight method,coupled synergy model,Thiel index,convergence model,and Moran index.Research has shown that:(1)The level of coupled and coordinated development in the three dimensions of economic development,livelihood welfare,and resource environment has gradually improved,but most regions have not yet formed highquality coupled and coordinated development relationships.(2)There is a significant regional difference in the level of coupled collaborative development among the three dimensions,and this regional difference has significant convergence characteristics.(3)The coupling and collaborative development level of the three dimensions shows significant spatial correlation,with a clear phenomenon of spatial agglomeration.
