摘 要:通过剖析当前大学体育教学体系中显露的短板,凸显了改革的必要性和时不我待的紧迫性。提出了一系列针对性的改革举措,这不仅仅是对教学内容、教学方法的革新,更是对整个教学评价体系的全面革新。期望通过改革切实提升学生的体育技能,强化学生的健康意识,并培养他们的团队合作精神。文章着重阐述了“教会、勤练、常赛”这一核心策略,旨在通过策划组织丰富多样的教学活动,以及加强课内外体育实践的连贯性和融合性,为学生打造一个更为全面、生动的体育学习平台。结尾针对改革的挑战提出了一系列应对策略,以期能够在改革的浪潮中稳扎稳打,实现大学体育教学质量的全面提升。The article dissects the shortcomings evident in the current university physical education system,highlighting the necessity and urgency of reform.It proposes a series of targeted reform measures,which are not only innovations in teaching content and methods but also a comprehensive overhaul of the entire teaching evaluation system.The reforms aim to genuinely enhance students'athletic skills,strengthen their health awareness,and foster their team spirit.The article emphasizes the core strategy of"teaching,practicing,competing,"intended to create a more comprehensive and dynamic learning platform for students by organizing a variety of teaching activities and enhancing the coherence and integration of in-class and extracurricular sports practices.In the end,a series of coping strategies are put forward in view of the challenges of reform,in order to be able to steadily and steadily in the wave of reform and realize the overall improvement of college physical education teaching quality.
