高等教育中外合作办学对我国进出口贸易促进效应的实证研究

摘　　要：基于2002—2021年省级面板数据,实证探究高等教育中外合作办学对我国进出口贸易的影响效应、异质性特征及空间效应。结果显示:高等教育中外合作办学能够显著地促进我国进出口贸易的发展,在人力资本水平较低、政府对高等教育重视程度较低的地区,其促进效应更明显;本科生和研究生教育阶段的中外合作办学对进出口贸易的影响存在差异;高等教育中外合作办学项目对进出口贸易存在显著的正向空间溢出效应。鉴于此,应重视高等教育中外合作办学“促外贸”的经济作用和战略意义,有序扩大办学规模,立足区域差异,因地制宜地出台发展策略,并进一步加强区域合作,打造中外合作办学与对外贸易的协同发展新格局。Based on provincial panel data from 2002 to 2021,this empirical study investigates the impact,heterogeneity characteristics,and spatial effects of Sino-foreign cooperative education on China’s import and export trade.The research finds that Sino-foreign cooperative higher education significantly promotes the development of China’s import and export trade,especially in regions with lower levels of human capital and less government emphasis on higher education.Differences in the effects of Sino-foreign cooperative education at the undergraduate and graduate stages on import and export trade are also observed.Moreover,projects involving Sino-foreign cooperative higher education exhibit significant positive spatial spillover effects on import and export trade.Given these findings,it is recommended to emphasize the economic role and strategic significance of Sino-foreign cooperative education in promoting foreign trade.Measures should be taken to expand educational capacity systematically,tailor development strategies to regional disparities,focus on adaptive approaches,and further enhance regional cooperation to foster a coordinated development pattern between Sino-foreign cooperative education and foreign trade.
