摘　　要：中国共产党历来把人民放于最高位置,党的十八大以来,习近平总书记多次强调“必须坚持人民至上”,创造性地提出“江山就是人民,人民就是江山”这一重要论述。这一重要论述立足中国特色社会主义新时代的历史方位,是推动党和国家事业前行发展的基本遵循。站在新的历史起点上,必须深刻把握“江山”与“人民”之间的辩证关系,只有站稳人民立场,始终坚持为人民服务,才能让红色政权根基永固,让红色江山代代相传。The Communist Party of China(CPC)has always prioritized the interests of the people.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping has consistently underscored the principle of“putting the people first”,and has innovatively introduced the significant proposition that“The country is the people;the people are the country”.This proposition is deeply rooted in the historical context of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and serves as a foundational guideline for advancing the Party's and the nation's endeavors.At this juncture of a new historical beginning,it is imperative to deeply comprehend the dialectical relationship between the country and its people.Only by embracing a people-centered approach to development and adhering to the Party's fundamental principle of wholehearted serving the people can we reinforce the foundations of our socialist regime and ensure its enduring legacy across generations.
