摘 要:职业院校技能大赛已连续举办十六届,技能大赛彰显了职业教育的类型特征,比赛内容和形式符合职业教育技能型人才培养的特点,推动了职业教育的深层次改革。通过对技能大赛赛项设置的变化分析和部分获奖选手备赛期间技能学习的追踪研究,反思职业教育学生技能培养,总结归纳出职业教育人才培养应重点关注的方向:加强项目化教学设计,将工作领域与学习领域有机融合;引导学生找准学习方向,成为技能学习的主动建构者;遵循技能养成规律,有效运用技能学习方法和策略;发挥团队合作学习的功能,提高学生沟通协作与问题解决的能力。The Vocational College Skills Competition has been held for sixteen consecutive years,showcasing the unique characteristics of vocational education.The content and format of the competition align with the cultivation features of skilled talents in vocational education,driving the in-depth reform of vocational education.Through analyzing the changes in the event settings of the skills competition and tracking the skill learning process of some award-winning contestants during their preparation,this paper reflects on the skill cultivation of vocational education students and summarizes the key directions that should be focused on in vocational education talent cultivation:strengthening project-based instructional design to integrate work domains with learning domains;guiding students to identify their learning directions and become active constructors in skill learning;adhering to the laws of skill development and effectively applying skill learning methods and strategies;leveraging the function of team-based cooperative learning to improve students'communication,collaboration,and problem-solving abilities.
