乡村振兴战略背景下大学生返乡创业现状与解决策略——以徐州市为例

摘　　要：该文以徐州市为例,探讨了乡村振兴战略下大学生返乡创业的现状和解决策略。通过问卷调查的形式对徐州市高校学生进行了调研,并分析他们的返乡创业意愿、家人态度、创业教育帮助及创业政策了解程度等情况。调查结果显示,大部分大学生存在返乡创业的意愿,但却面临诸多困难,如缺乏创业经验和资金、家庭不支持等。针对这些问题,该文提出相关对策建议,以促进大学生返乡创业,助力乡村振兴。This paper takes Xuzhou City as an example,to explore the current situation and solve strategies of college students returning to their hometowns to start businesses under the rural revitalization strategy.Through questionnaire survey,the paper studies the willingness of college students in Xuzhou City to return to their hometowns and start businesses,and analyzes their attitudes towards family,help from entrepreneurship education and understanding of entrepreneurship policies.The survey shows that although most college students have the willingness to return to their hometowns to start businesses,they face many difficulties,such as lack of entrepreneurial experience and funds,and lack of family support.In response to these problems,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote college students to return to their hometowns to start businesses and help rural revitalization.
