摘　　要：原发性精囊肿瘤极少见,其中多为癌,良性肿瘤更罕见。精囊囊腺瘤是混合性上皮-间叶性肿瘤,是一种非常罕见的原发于精囊具有良性上皮成分和间质成分的双相性肿瘤。本文收治1例精囊囊腺瘤患者,采用经腹腔入路手术切除,效果满意,并回顾性分析近几年文献,总结腹腔镜手术切除该类肿瘤的可行性。Primary seminal vesicle tumors are rare.Most of them are malignant tumors,and benign tumors are rarer.Seminal vesicle cystadenoma is a very rare tumor originated from the seminal vesicles,and contains mixed benign epithelial ingredient and interstitial ingredients.we treated a case of seminal vesicle cystadenoma by laparoscopic excision,and got satisfactory results.We retrospectively analyzed the literatures in recent years and summarizes the feasibility of laparoscopic surgical resection for this type of tumor.
