口腔内科门诊使用数字化导板辅助根管治疗的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨口腔内科门诊使用数字化导板辅助根管治疗的效果和优势。方法:选取2019年1月~2020年12月在雅芽口腔门诊部接受根管治疗的患者120例,随机分为两组,每组60例。对照组采用传统方法进行根管治疗,观察组采用数字化导板辅助根管治疗。比较两组患者的治疗时间、根管预备质量、根管充填质量、术后并发症发生率和患者满意度。结果:观察组的治疗时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),根管预备质量和根管充填质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:口腔内科门诊使用数字化导板辅助根管治疗,可以提高根管治疗的效率和质量,减少术后并发症,提高患者满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To investigate the effect and advantages of auxiliary root canal treatment in dental medicine clinic.Methods:Select 120 patients who received root canal treatment at Yaya Dental Outpatient Department from January 2019 to December 2020 and randomly divide them into two groups,with 60 patients in each group.The control group receives traditional root canal treatment,while the observation group receives digital guideboard-assisted root canal treatment.Compare the treatment time,quality of root canal preparation,quality of root canal filling,incidence of postoperative complications,and patient satisfaction between the two groups.Results:The treatment time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),the root canal preparation quality and root canal filling quality were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),the postoperative complication rate was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the patient satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of digital guide plate to assist root canal treatment in dental medicine clinic can improve the efficiency and quality of root canal treatment,reduce postoperative complications and improve patient satisfaction,and has high clinical application value.
