摘　　要：在当今体育教育改革中,体育教育专业足球专项选修课程对培养高素质体育人才至关重要。其课程体系构建直接影响学生综合素质与职业发展。“教训赛改”模式通过教学、训练、比赛与改革紧密结合,此模式强调理论与实践并重,通过比赛检验成果,并据此改革创新。本文基于“教训赛改”理念探讨了体育教育专业足球专项选修课程体系构建的相关问题。首先阐明了该理念在提升学生足球技能与综合素养、推动实战化教学、适应体育教育发展趋势及促进课程体系持续优化等方面的必要性。随后揭示了课程体系构建过程中面临的理念融合、内容整合、评价体系创新及持续改进等困境。针对这些挑战,提出优化策略,以期构建更加科学、高效、适应时代需求的体育教育专业足球专项选修课程体系。In the current reform of physical education,the elective course of football in physical education majors is cru⁃cial for cultivating high-quality sports talents.The construction of its curriculum system directly affects students'com⁃prehensive quality and career development.The"lesson based competition and reform"model closely integrates teach⁃ing,training,competition,and reform.This model emphasizes the equal importance of theory and practice,tests results through competitions,and innovates accordingly.This article explores the relevant issues regarding the construction of a football elective course system for physical education majors based on the concept of"lesson based competition reform".Firstly,the necessity of this concept in enhancing students'football skills and comprehensive literacy,promoting practi⁃cal teaching,adapting to the development trend of physical education,and promoting continuous optimization of the cur⁃riculum system was elucidated.Subsequently,it revealed the challenges faced in the process of constructing the curricu⁃lum system,including the integration of ideas,integration of content,innovation of evaluation systems,and continuous improvement.In response to these challenges,optimization strategies are proposed in order to build a more scientific,efficient,and adaptable elective course system for football in physical education majors.
