摘　　要：本文依据《奶牛生产性能测定实验室现场评审程序(试行)》文件要求,通过分析奶牛生产性能测定(DHI)实验室现场评审中的实验室管理薄弱环节及问题产生原因,从机构与人员,质量体系,仪器设备,检测工作,记录、报告与技术服务,设施与环境等方面提出改进建议,旨在为各DHI实验室质量管理体系有效运行、持续改进提供参考。This paper based on the requirements of the Procedures for on-site Review of Dairy Herd Improvement Testing Laboratories(Trial),analyzed the weak links and causes of problems in the on-site review of Dairy Herd Improvement testing(DHI)laboratories.Suggestions for improvement were proposed from various aspects,including organization and personnel,quality system,instruments and equipment,testing work,records,reports,technical services,facilities and environment.These suggestions aimed to provide a reference for the effective operation and continuous improvement of the quality management system of various DHI laboratories.
