摘　　要：[目的]改善百利膜感官检测方法,提高检测效率,有效控制质量隐患,同时为百利膜生产企业提供可靠检测方法。[方法]研究百利膜感官检测方法,设计一种百利膜感官检测仪,实现仪器法检测。[结果]百利膜感官检测仪可用于百利膜到厂准入项目,能快速、准确提供检测结果,为企业前端生产提供技术支撑。[结论]该研究实用性高,为行业首创,能在百利膜生产及使用质量控制中起关键作用,具有推广价值。[Objective]To improve the detection method of Baileys membrane sensory items,improve the detection efficiency,effectively control the quality of hidden dangers,and provide a reliable detection method for Baileys membrane manufacturers.[Method]Through the research on the detection method of Baileys membrane sense,a kind of Baileys membrane sense detector is designed to realize the detection of instrument method.[Result]The detection method of Baileys membrane sensory detector can be applied to the detection of Baileys membrane to factory access projects,which can provide test results quickly and accurately,and also provide technical support for the front-end production of manufacturers.[Conclusion]This research has high practicability,is the first in the industry,can play a key role in the production and use of quality control,and has promotion value.
