摘 要:目的分析海南省医院感染管理专职人员岗位胜任力现状及影响因素。方法2023年6-7月对海南省57所医院236名医院感染管理专职人员进行在线问卷调查,内容包括人员基本情况与岗位胜任力自我评估和医院感染管理资源配置。结果236名专职人员岗位胜任力自评得分为(5.37±0.86)分,四个核心维度条目包括个人特征品质、感控基本技能、组织协作能力和专业发展能力,得分分别为(5.52±0.93)、(5.47±0.95)、(5.45±0.90)和(5.07±0.90)分;多因素分析结果显示,医院感染管理工作年限>15年、医院每年开展医院感染文化活动次数≥3次、参与医院感染重大事件处置与专职人员岗位能力胜任总分为正向预测(回归系数分别为0.649、0.491、0.362,P<0.05),二甲医院与专职人员岗位能力胜任总分为负向预测(回归系数为-0.324,P<0.05)。结论海南省医院感染管理专职人员团队整体岗位胜任力有较大提升空间,各医疗机构应加强对医院感染管理工作支持力度,加强医院感染管理专职人员培养,提升医院感染管理人员岗位胜任力。OBJECTIVE To analyze the current status and influencing factors for the post competency of nosocomial infection management professionals in Hainan Province.METHODS An online questionnaire survey was conducted for 236 nosocomial infection management professionals from 57 hospitals of Hainan Province between Jun 2023 and Jul 2023,with the content of the survey including the basic information of the personnel,self-assessment of post competency and allocation of nosocomial infection management resources.RESULTS The score of the self-assessment of post competency of the 236 nosocomial infection professionals was(5.37±0.86)points;the scores of the four core dimensions,including personal quality,fundamental skills for infection control,competency of cooperation and competency of professional development,were(5.52±0.93)points,(5.47±0.95)points,(5.45±0.90)points and(5.07±0.90)points,respectively.The result of multivariate analysis showed that the working years of engaging in nosocomial infection management for more than 15 years,conducting cultural activity of nosocomial infection no less than 3 times a year and participating in major events of control of nosocomial infection were positively predicted with the total score of post competency of the professionals,with the regression coefficients in turn as follows:0.649,0.491,0.362(P<0.05);the secondary grade A hospital was negatively predicted with the total score of post competency of the professionals,with the regression coefficient-0.324(P<0.05).CONCLUSION There is still great room for improvement of the overall post competency of the nosocomial infection management professionals in Hainan Province.It is necessary for medical institutions to strengthen the support for nosocomial infection management,intensity the training of nosocomial infection management professionals and raise the post competency of the professionals.
