摘　　要：目的探析产科超声系统筛查对胎儿产前诊断的应用价值。方法选用100例产前检查产妇进行研究,所有产妇均进行产前超声检查,分析超声检查结果。结果100例产妇经产前超声检查检出胎儿畸形或宫内异常例数为9例,占比9.00%。临床结果显示,胎儿畸形或宫内异常例数10例,产前超声检查诊断准确率为90.00%。结论产科超声检查在胎儿产前诊断中具有重要的应用价值,其为医生提供了一种可靠、安全、经济的诊断工具,能够准确评估胎儿的发育情况并筛查出可能存在的畸形。Objective To explore and analyze the application value of screening with the obstetric ultrasound system for prenatal diagnosis of the fetus.Methods 100 puerperas who underwent prenatal examinations were selected for the study.All pregnant women underwent prenatal ultrasound examinations,and the ultrasound findings were analyzed.Results Fetal malformations or intrauterine anomalies were detected in 9 of the 100 cases,accounting for 9.00%.Clinical results showed that the number of fetal malformations or intrauterine abnormalities was 10 cases,and the diagnostic accuracy of prenatal ultrasound examinations was 90.00%.Conclusion Obstetrical ultrasound plays an important role in the prenatal diagnosis of the fetus,as it provides physicians with a reliable,safe,and cost-effective diagnostic tool to accurately assess fetal development and screen for possible malformations.
