摘　　要：左半结肠解剖层次复杂,毗邻胰腺、脾脏和肾脏等重要器官,其血管和淋巴回流多变,因此,腹腔镜左半结肠切除术操作难度较大,不仅对术者的要求较高,也要求助手和扶镜手对左半结肠的解剖层次有一定了解,具备熟练的腹腔镜操作技巧。本文以降结肠癌为例,结合文献资料和笔者团队的临床实践经验,对腹腔镜左半结肠切除术的团队配合经验进行阐述,以期与同道交流。The anatomical hierarchy of the left colon is complex,adjacent to important organs such as the pancreas,spleen,and kidneys,and its blood vessels and lymphatic reflux are variable.Therefore,laparoscopic left hemicolectomy is difficult to operate,requiring not only high requirements for the surgeon but also assistants and mirror holders to have a certain understanding of the anatomical hierarchy of the left colon and proficient laparoscopic operation skills.This article takes descending colon cancer as an illustrative example,combined with literature and the clinical practice experience of the author’s team,to elaborate on the team cooperation experience of laparoscopic left hemicolectomy,and to communicate with colleagues.
