摘　　要：横结肠癌虽然发病率不高,但隶属中后肠,同时与前肠系膜及后腹膜融合,因此横结肠癌尤其中段横结肠癌的手术较为复杂,如何正确认识横结肠及其系膜的膜解剖,程序化手术流程,将复杂的中段横结肠癌根治术变成一个易于理解且容易实施的手术为学者所关注。目前少有文献详细介绍中段横结肠癌的膜解剖根治手术。多年来,笔者中心将膜解剖理念应用于中段横结肠癌根治术的临床实践后,形成了一个程序化、易于掌握的手术流程。本文将分享笔者团队开展该手术的体会。Although the incidence of transverse colon cancer is relatively low,its location in the mid-hindgut,with fusion to the anterior mesentery and posterior peritoneum.Therefore,the surgical procedureof transverse colon cancer,particularly for middle transverse colon cancer,is more complicated.Scholars have focused on how to correctly understand the membrane anatomy of the transverse colon and its mesentery,standardize surgical procedures,transform complex radical resection of middle transverse colon cancer into a comprehensible and easily executable operation.Currently,few literatures provide detailed descriptions of membrane anatomy-based radical resection for middle transverse colon cancer.Over the years,our center has applied the concept of membrane anatomy to clinical practice in radical resection of middle transverse colon cancer,resulting in a standardized and easily mastered surgical protocol.This article shares our team’s experience in performing this surgery.
