高校工科学院优良学风建设的路径探析

摘　　要：本文在J大学“大改革、大调整、大发展”的背景下,对海洋装备与机械工程学院学风建设存在的实际问题进行研究,针对旷课、挂科、专业认同感低等问题,采取严抓课堂出勤率、严控课程补考率、提高学科竞赛积极性、提高升学率等基本措施,提升学院整体学风,为高校工科学院优良学风建设提供参考。Under the background of and“big reform,big adjustment,and big development”of J University,this paper studies the practical problems existing in the construction of academic atmosphere in the College of Marine Equipment and Mechanical Engineering of J University.In view of the problems such as absenteeism,failing courses and low professional identity,the college take basic measures such as strict class attendance,strict control of course make-up rate,improving the enthusiasm of subject competitions,and improving the enrollment rate,so as to improve the overall academic atmosphere of the college,and provide reference for the construction of excellent academic atmosphere of engineering colleges of universities.
