摘  要:随着社会经济和环保事业的快速发展,国家对水环境质量的要求越来越高,对水资源的保护工作也日益重视,加强流域内水质监测及预测评价已成为保障用水安全和促进生态环境建设的关键举措之一.为保护水生态系统的健康和建立科学合理的评价体系,水体环境容量是非常重要的预测数据,正确估算水环境容量有利于决策者开展水污染物总量控制,指导地方注重水生态保护,树立污染物防控的科学理念,以促进形成三水统筹治理格局.With the rapid development of social economy and environmental protection,China has higher requirements for water environment quality,and attaches more and more importance to the protection of water resources.Strengthening the monitoring and prediction evaluation of water quality in the basin has become one of the key measures to ensure water safety and promote ecological environment construction.In order to protect the health of water ecosystem and establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation system,water environmental capacity is a very important forecasting data.Correct estimation of water environmental capacity is conducive to decision-makers to carry out total water pollutant control,guide local governments to pay attention to water ecological protection,establish scientific concepts of pollutant prevention and control,and promote the formation of an overall management pattern of three water systems.
