摘  要:自我效能感是妇联干部能力建设的重要组成部分。通过扎根理论的方法对妇联干部自我效能感的提升进行理论构建认为,“良好的职业价值观”是妇联干部自我效能感提升的前提,“良好的职业素养”是妇联干部自我效能感提升的基础,“阶段性成就”是妇联干部自我效能感提升的关键。本研究的贡献在于,突破了以往结构化视角提出的应然性对策,注重妇联干部在具体工作情境中获得自我效能感的经验和感受,从而为妇联干部提升自信心并实现自我超越提供更具直观性和可操作性的帮助。Self-efficacy is an important part of capacity building of women's federation cadres.Based on the grounded theory,this study constructs the theory of the promotion of self-efficacy of women's federation cadres.According to the research,"good professional values"is the premise for the improvement of self-efficacy of women's federation cadres,"good professional quality"is the basis,and"phased achievement"is the key.The contribution of this study is that it breaks through the previous response from the structural perspective and focuses on the experience and feelings of women's federation cadres in obtaining self-efficacy under specific work situations,so as to provide more intuitive and operational help for individual women's federation cadres to resolve structural pressure,improve self-confidence and achieve self-transcendence.
