摘　　要：《法医类司法鉴定执业分类规定》将性别鉴定纳入法医临床鉴定范围,使得运用法医临床学、临床医学及形态学等相关学科对人的性别(第二性征)进行检验鉴定成为合规方法;由此以变性者之性别鉴定所面临的有关问题为切入点,阐述了实施此类鉴定的方法和注意事项。In Regulations on the Classification of Forensic Judicial Identification Practice,Gender identification is included in the scope of forensic clinical identification,making it a legal method to use forensic clinical science,clinical medicine and morphology to test and identify human sex(secondary sexual characteristics).Based on the problems of gender identification of transgender Individu⁃als,this paper expounds the methods and precautions in such identification.
