摘 要:本文以‘白毫早’茶叶品种为试验材料,于湖南省宁乡市进行了田间试验,研究腐殖酸肥料对茶叶产量和品质的影响。结果表明:在配施腐殖酸的前提下,随着化肥施用量的减少,茶叶茶芽密度、百芽鲜重、产量、水浸出物含量、茶多酚含量、游离氨基酸含量均表现为先增多、后减少的趋势。综合考虑多个因素,认为在常规茶叶配方肥减量25%配施3000kg/hm2史可郎腐殖酸型有机肥料,茶叶产量和品质为最佳。This article conducted a field experiment in Ningxiang City,Hunan Province,using the tea variety'Baihaozao'as the experimental material to study the effect of humic acid fertilizer on the tea yield and quality.The results showed that under the premise of applying humic acid in combination,with the decrease of chemical fertilizer application,the density of tea buds,fresh weight of 100 buds,yield,water extract content,tea polyphenol content,and free amino acid content of tea showed an initial increase and then a decrease.Taking into account multiple factors,it is believed that the optimal tea yield and quality can be achieved when the conventional tea formula fertilizer is reduced by 25%and applied with 3000kg/hm2 Skoran humic acid organic fertilizer.
