摘  要:随着新工科建设的不断推进,社会各行业对高等教育体系所培养人才的需求标准不断提高。电机学作为电力工业领域关键的学科之一,在电气工程及其自动化专业培养体系中占据重要地位。该文针对传统课堂教育模式下学生低头现象多、轻技能重知识等痛点问题,结合电机学课程内容特点,基于OBE理念提出一种适应现代教育需求的混合式教学方案,以学生能力培养为核心对电机学课程教学模式、教学内容、课程评价等多方面进行变革与创新,结合高阶任务驱动,培养学生自主完成知识探究的能力;完善学生评价体系,实现过程评价,对学生创新能力、自主实践能力培养进行全方位追踪,并进行评价分析,以实现持续性改革。With the continuous advancement of the construction of new engineering,the requirements of various industries for the training of talents in higher education system continue to improve.As one of the key disciplines in the field of power industry,the Electric Machinery course plays an important role in the training system of elec⁃trical engineering and automation major.In view of the pain points such as students’lack of learning interest in class,undervaluing skills over knowledge under traditional classroom education mode,and combining the charac⁃teristics of the content of the Electric Machinery course,this paper proposes a blended teaching plan based on the concept of OBE to meet the needs of modern education.With the cultivation of students’ability as the core,the teaching mode,teaching content,course evaluation and other aspects of the course are reformed and innovated.Combined with high-order task drive,it is aimed to cultivate students’ability to complete knowledge inquiry in⁃dependently,improve the student evaluation system to realize process evaluation,comprehensively tracking the cultivation of students’innovation ability and independent practice ability,and conducting evaluation analysis to achieve sustainable reform.
