摘　　要：全过程人民民主是中国特色社会主义民主政治探索的最新理论成果。习近平围绕全过程人民民主作了大量重要论述,其中蕴含着依靠群众智慧、维护群众权利的群众路线法,统筹发展全局、兼顾各个环节的系统观念法,顺应时代所需、探求发展规律的实事求是法,紧扣主要矛盾、解决关键问题的问题导向法,处理重大关系、均衡协调发展的辩证思维法。这些共同构成了全过程人民民主的方法论依据,彰显了其鲜明的理论特质与深厚的哲学底蕴。Whole process people’s democracy is the latest theoretical achievement of the political exploration of Socialist Democracy with Chinese characteristics.Xi Jinping’s Important Discourse covers a systematic concept approach that balances the overall development and all aspects;a practical and realistic approach to meet the needs of the times and explore the laws of development;a problem oriented approach that closely addresses the main contradictions and solves key problems;a dialectical thinking method for handling major relationships and achieving balanced and coordinated development.These together constitute the methodological basis for relevant discussions,highlighting the distinct theoretical characteristics and profound philosophical foundation of people’s democracy throughout the entire process.
