城市地区婴幼儿家长托育服务需求研究——以武汉市为例

摘　　要：基于当前国家重视婴幼儿发展、托育服务供需矛盾突出等原因,以城市地区婴幼儿家长的托育服务需求为研究内容展开研究。通过调查发现:城市地区家长的托育需求呈现出多元化的特征;家长对普惠性托育服务的需求巨大;家长的送托意愿受托育服务质量影响。通过分析以上问题存在的原因,提供相应的改进建议:完善托育服务体系,提供普惠性供给;加强托育服务监管,提供规范化供给;提高托育服务质量,提供高质量托育服务供给。In light of the current emphasis on the development of infants and young children in China,as well as the prominent contradictions in the supply and demand of childcare services,this study aims to address the childcare service demand of urban parents.Our investigations have revealed that the childcare demand of urban parents are diverse,with a significant demand for universal childcare services.Additionally,the willingness of parents to send their children to childcare facilities is heavily influenced by the quality of services provided.To address these issues,we suggest the following improvements:the childcare service system should be improved to provide universal supply;the supervision of childcare services should be strengthened to ensure standardized supply;and the quality of childcare services should be enhanced to provide high-quality supply.
