摘 要:为探究拱上结构施工方向和次序对大跨度钢桁架拱桥的影响,文章以某580 m跨上承式钢桁架拱桥为研究对象,针对在常用的两种支座约束体系下的三种不同施工方案,对桥梁结构进行了数值模拟分析。结果表明:不同的拱上结构施工方向对立柱的应力和高立柱的稳定性有较大影响,在变刚度支座约束体系下和在固定支座约束体系下,“由边到中”较“由中到边”立柱的应力最大增幅分别达到了48%和120%,高立柱的稳定安全系数均降低了24%,而拱上结构施工次序(“先立柱后主梁”或“逐孔施工立柱和主梁”)对结构受力的影响则很小,应力值变幅均在5%以内,垂直度和稳定安全系数基本一致,综合考虑结构受力和施工组织,推荐采用“由中到边先施工完立柱再吊装主梁”的施工方案。同时推荐采用变刚度支座协调大跨度拱桥梁、拱和柱的受力,但变刚度支座需采用适宜的切向刚度。In order to explore the influence of the construction direction and sequence of the arch structure on the long-span steel truss arch bridge,this paper takes a 580 m-span deck steel truss arch bridge as the research object,and carries out numerical simulation analysis on the bridge structure for three different construction schemes under the two commonly used bearing constraint systems.The results show that different construction directions of the arch structure have a great influence on the stress of the column and the stability of the high column.Under the variable stiffness support constraint system and the fixed support constraint system,the maximum increase of the stress of the column from the edge to the middle is 48%and 120%respectively,and the stability safety factor of the high column is reduced by 24%.However,the construction sequence of the arch structure(“first column and then main beam”or“hole-by-hole construction column and main beam”)has little effect on the stress of the structure.The stress amplitude is within 5%,and the verticality and the stability safety factor are basically the same.Considering the structural stress and construction organization,it is recommended to adopt the construction scheme of“first complete the construction of the column and then hoist the main beam from the middle to the edge”.At the same time,it is recommended to use variable stiffness bearings to coordinate the stress of long-span arch bridges,arches and columns,but variable stiffness bearings need to adopt appropriate tangential stiffness.
