摘　　要：针对当前土木工程专业课程思政教育课程体系系统性不足、教学方法较单一及评价体系不够完善等关键问题,结合OBE工程教育理念,构建不同维度下的土木专业课程思政教育目标体系,与工程专业认证通用毕业要求指标体系相关联,实现道德素养与专业能力的融合;探寻土木专业课程思政教育体系的实施路径,选择恰当的课程思政教学模式和教学方法、完善课程思政成果评价方法;针对土木工程不同类别的专业基础课、专业方向课、专业特色课以及专业实践课,区分设计思政教学目标、差异化思政元素,创新教学模式,面向新工科背景下土木专业课程思政教育实施操作层面提出具体方法。Addressing the key issues of insufficient systemic approach,limited teaching methods,and incomplete evaluation systems in the current ideological and political education within civil engineering programs,this project integrates the OBE(Outcome-Based Education)engineering education concept to construct an ideological and political education objective system across various dimensions.This system is aligned with the general graduation requirements for engineering accreditation,aiming to integrate moral cultivation with professional competencies.The project explores the implementation pathways for ideological and political education in civil engineering programs,selects appropriate teaching models and methods,and improves evaluation methods for educational outcomes.The project distinguishes ideological and political teaching objectives and elements for different types of civil engineering courses,including foundational courses,specialized courses,characteristic courses,and practical courses.It innovates teaching models and proposes specific methods for implementing ideological and political education in the context of new engineering disciplines.
